My journey to Yucatán led me to an encounter with the Maya spirit, experiencing a truly transformative Temazcal ceremony with an indigenous community.

He carefully selects specific herbs, each carrying its own energetic properties, to aid in the cleansing process. The intensity, while challenging, felt deeply cleansing—a shedding of old energies in the embrace of the Earth. Emerging from the Temazcal, blinking in the sunlight, brought a profound sense of renewal and peace.
