At ŚĀRÂ Jewelry Stories, we want you to love your jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the following return conditions carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Return Conditions
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. This means:
- The jewelry must be free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any pouches, boxes, or certificates provided.
- Items that are altered, broken, or otherwise not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
Custom Orders: Any customized or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to hello@sarajewelrystories.com with the subject line: "Return - [Your Order Number]".
Provide Details: In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Shipping the Return:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Returns must be shipped to the address we provide in our response email.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@sarajewelrystories.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
